Shipping

Proteya orders placed using standard shipping may take longer than usual to arrive and/or for tracking information to appear. With this in mind, please note that tracking updates may take up to 3-7 business days from time of order to appear within the USPS tracking. For most up-to-date information, please reach out to your local USPS for details on any delays specific to your local delivery area, as these vary from location to location. As always, we are here to help if you need anything else and appreciate your patience.

Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous USA via various carriers. We use USPS, DHL, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. Your arrival date will depend on standard transit time. For any next day or expedited shipment, the customer is responsible for payment.

Returns

Proteya will only accept returns/exhanges on items purchased through proteya.com, within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must accompany a return authorization number obtained by emailing customer service at hello@Proteya.com. Products must be returned by the original purchaser in the original packaging at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used to purchase the item(s) returned. 

While we understand that it may take a few uses to realize a product isn't right for your skin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item where more than a quarter (25%) of the product has been used.

To return/exchange your new or gently "tested" online purchase, email us at hello@proteya.com. Please include your order order number, name and email address used for your order. NOTE: Products must be returned by the original purchaser and the customer is responsible for the return postage. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post, after Proteya LLC has received the product you returned.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Proteya's discretion. We monitor return actrivity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.

If a return is necessary due to our error, we will provide free shipping for return of the package and replacement will be shipped with no additional cost to the customer.

If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you remain responsible for all shipping charges. Please be accurate with your shipping address to avoid unnecessary fees. Add company name, suite or apartment numbers, etc.

If the contents of your package arrive damaged, please save the box, all contents, and email us immediately at hello@Proteya.com.

Items returned later than 30 days from purchase, not in the original packaging, or without an authorization number will not be refunded.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

All products purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged at the retailer.
